Short 1v1 Football Matches
Head Soccer turns football into a small-field duel between oversized cartoon players. Score more goals than the opponent before the timer expires. The compact pitch keeps the ball close to both goals, so a rebound, mistimed jump, or special attack can reverse the match quickly.
Play 1P Arcade mode against the CPU or choose 2P Versus mode for two players on the same device. Characters have different strengths and signature special moves, but every match still depends on movement, jumping, shooting, and protecting the goal.
Controls for One or Two Players
In 1P mode, move with the Arrow keys and shoot with Z or X.
- 2P Player 1: move with W, A, S, and D; shoot with V or B.
- 2P Player 2: move with the Arrow keys; shoot with K or L.
The shared keyboard layout makes deliberate inputs useful when both players are reacting near the ball.
Control the Ball’s Next Bounce
Watch the ball’s height and likely landing point before jumping. Moving underneath it early gives you a better chance to direct a header or clear the ball away from your goal. A late jump often leaves the net exposed when the ball rebounds.
On offense, kicks, headers, angles, and power shots can move the opponent away from the goal. On defense, stay between the opponent and your net and keep enough distance to react. Special attacks can change an exchange, so account for the opponent’s chance to use one while pressing forward.
A simple shot at an open goal is usually more valuable than waiting for a complicated attack. After contact, recover toward a useful position; the follow-up bounce can create the clearer chance.
